Yes.We carry public liability insurance, and our equipment is professionally maintained and our power leads are tested and tagged for use at venues that require insurance documentation.

Setup takes approximately 30 minutes and we generally either arrive 45-60 minutes prior or at a pre-arranged time that works best.

We recommend approximately 2.4m x 2.4m of floor space.We'll also need access to one standard power outlet nearby.If your venue has limited space, let us know—we can usually make it work.

We prefer to setup indoors however we can make exceptions provided it is under adequate cover and shade.Our equipment must be protected from rain, wind and direct sunlight.Outdoor setups also require access to power.

Popular dates—particularly Fridays, Saturdays and wedding season—often book months in advance.We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
